Terms of Service
In short: use Corin to build and publish small web apps. Corin’s output is AI-generated — review it before you rely on it. You pay only for checks that pass; failed attempts are free. You own the app code Corin generates for you, and you are responsible for what you build and publish. See also our Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Corin (corin.build, usecorin.com and the app), you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you are using Corin for an organisation, you are agreeing on its behalf.
2. What Corin does
Corin turns descriptions you write into small, self-contained web apps, tests them in a browser, and can publish them to a corin.build subdomain. The apps and their code are generated by an AI model and may contain errors or omissions. Verification runs automated checks; it is not a warranty that an app is correct, secure, or fit for your purpose. Review every app before relying on it or putting it in front of others.
3. Your account
Use a valid email address, keep access to it secure, and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Corin to build or host anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or that violates others’ privacy; do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service or its rate limits; and do not use it to build a competing app-generation service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this section.
5. Your content and apps
You keep ownership of the descriptions you write and the app code Corin generates for you. You grant us the licence needed to process, host, and display that content in order to provide the service. You are responsible for the apps you build and publish, for the data they collect, and for complying with the laws that apply to them and their users.
6. Publishing and hosting
Published apps are served from a corin.build subdomain that we host. Free apps carry a small “Built with Corin” link; removing it requires a Pro subscription. We may take down a published app that breaches these Terms or that we are required to remove. Deleting an app in the app takes its published version offline; the data in your Supabase project is not affected.
7. Billing
Corin uses prepaid credit. You can build and preview for free within the limits shown in the app; beyond that, you add credit and are charged only for checks that pass verification (currently $1.10 per verified check) — failed attempts are not charged. A Pro subscription is $20 per month and adds $20 of credit on each renewal. Payments are handled by Stripe. Credit is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Prices are shown in the app and may change on notice; you are responsible for any taxes that apply.
8. Cancellation and termination
Cancel Pro at any time from Settings; it stops at the end of the current period. You can stop using Corin at any time. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, published apps are taken offline; the data in your Supabase project remains yours.
9. Third-party services
Corin relies on Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic, Cloudflare, and Railway. Your use of Corin is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their services.
10. Disclaimers
Corin is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. AI-generated apps may be wrong or incomplete, and automated verification is limited in scope. You are responsible for reviewing and testing anything you build before relying on it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Corin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD $100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Corin against claims arising from the apps you build or publish, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; we will revise the date above and tell you about material changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use Corin after a change means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of jurisdiction, and disputes will be handled by the courts of jurisdiction.
